|"Pray Gulf Coast" Unites Churches, Ministries, Individuals in Prayer|
More than 40 churches and ministries and almost 500 individuals have united to pray daily for Mobile and Baldwin counties through Pray Gulf Coast, a 50-day prayer initiative launched by the University of Mobile Center for Leadership.
The initiative, which lasts from Easter to Pentecost, calls for residents of the areas to unite in daily prayer for specific needs in the churches, schools, businesses, families, government, and individuals of the community.

Thirteen college students have been selected as new members of the Bunker Hill Society, a program of the University of Mobile Center for Leadership to prepare the next generation to be influential leaders in America. The Bunker Hill Society is an outgrowth of UMobile Center for Leadership's Twelve23 Movement, which aims to equip leaders of all generations to become a transforming influence in the revitalization of Christian faith and character in America.
|"We Forgot!" Authors to Hold Book Signing|
The University of Mobile Center for Leadership's newest book, "We Forgot! The 7 Unlearned Lessons of 9/11," will be featured in an upcoming presentation and book signing at Daphne Public Library. The event will be held March 12 at 10 a.m. Admission is free and open to the public. Daphne Public Library is located at 2607 U.S. Hwy. 98 in Daphne, Ala.

Dr. Joe Savage, director of the UMobile Center for Leadership, said, "In a time when elections at every level are critical to our nation's health, the Center for Leadership is excited to host a candidate forum. We hope to help Mobile and Baldwin county voters get an up-close look at the candidates and the issues they stand for, so that voters can be informed and encouraged to vote according to their values."
